ae.Visa Global Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 27 June 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ae.Visa, a trading name of A N E Global Travel and Tourism L.L.C, and all related websites, mobile applications, platforms, content, and services provided under this brand (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Who We Are & Scope of Service
1.1 Legal Entity
ae.Visa is a trading name of A N E Global Travel and Tourism L.L.C, a limited liability company incorporated and registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“UAE”).

1.2 Nature of Our Service
ae.Visa provides visa facilitation and travel-document assistance, including (where applicable):
- Information on visa requirements and processes
- Assistance in preparing and submitting applications
- Collecting, digitising and submitting supporting documentation
- Application tracking and status updates
- Customer support and process guidance
- API and B2B tools for travel, HR, and corporate partners
ae.Visa does not issue visas, does not control immigration decisions, and cannot guarantee approvals.
1.3 No Government Affiliation
ae.Visa is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by any government, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We act as a private, independent service provider.
2. Our Contract With You
2.1 Binding Agreement
By using the Services, creating an account, or clicking “Accept” (or similar), you:
- Agree to these Terms and any specific commercial terms that apply to your purchase
- Agree to our Privacy Policy
- Confirm you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
2.2 Users & Minors
- The Services are intended primarily for users aged 18 and above.

Where a minor’s information is submitted, the parent or legal guardian:
- Confirms they consent to the use of the Services for that minor; and
- Accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
We may refuse or terminate use where we reasonably believe there is no valid consent.
3. Accounts, Login Details & Security
3.1 Account Creation
To submit applications or access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide basic information (“Account Information”).
3.2 Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- Logging out after each session on shared devices
- Informing us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access
ae.Visa is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
4. Relationship With Governments & Legal Advice
4.1 Intermediary Only
ae.Visa:
- Assists with documentation, submission, and process navigation
- Has no authority to approve, deny, expedite, or otherwise influence visa decisions
- Cannot guarantee processing times or outcomes
4.2 No Legal Advice
Information on our websites, apps, emails, chats or AI tools is general information only and not legal advice. You are responsible for seeking independent legal or immigration advice where needed.
5. Transparency, Fees & No Guarantees
5.1 Separated Fees
We operate on a full transparency model:
- Government / Embassy / Third-party Fees – amounts paid to authorities or third parties
- ae.Visa Service Fees – our professional service charges
5.2 No Hidden Fees
We will not intentionally charge hidden or undisclosed fees. Any taxes, processing, or payment charges will be specified or reasonably explained.
5.3 No Approval Guarantee
- We do not promise or guarantee that any application will be approved.
- We have no control over government risk assessments, security checks, policies or decisions.
5.4 Non-Refundable Service Fees
Unless expressly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy:
- Government fees are non-refundable once paid.
- ae.Visa Service Fees are non-refundable once we have started processing your case (e.g. reviewing documents, creating a file, contacting you, or interacting with authorities).
6. Privacy & Data Protection
6.1 Privacy Policy
By using the Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data as described in the ae.Visa Privacy Policy.
6.2 Security Measures
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, but:
- No system is completely secure
- You understand the inherent risks of transmitting data over the internet
You remain responsible for the security of your device and your network.
7. Your Licence to Use the Services
7.1 Limited Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ae.Visa grants you a:
- Limited
- Non-exclusive
- Non-transferable
- Revocable
licence to access and use the Services for your personal or authorised business purposes.
7.2 Mobile Applications
Where we provide mobile apps, your use is:
- Subject to these Terms; and
- Also subject to the terms of the relevant app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.)
8. Our Rights: Content, Software & Data
8.1 Intellectual Property
All rights in
- The Services
- Logos, branding, and trade names
- Software, APIs, workflows and algorithms
- Text, graphics, videos, designs, and UI
belong to A N E Global Travel and Tourism L.L.C or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works
- Remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices
- Use our marks without prior written permission
8.2 Data Rights (Operational Licence)
To operate the Services, you grant ae.Visa a worldwide licence to:
- Process, store, transmit, and display your data as needed to provide the Services
- Share your data with embassies, payment processors, and service providers only as necessary to perform the Services and comply with law
This licence ends when:
- We no longer need the data for the purposes collected; and
- Any mandatory legal retention periods expire.
9. Feedback & Suggestions
If you submit ideas, feedback, or proposals (“Feedback”) to us:
- You do so voluntarily
- We may use, adapt, or implement that Feedback without any obligation to compensate you
- You confirm that you have the right to grant us this permission
If the Feedback contains personal data, its use will also be subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
10. Modifications, Updates & Service Changes
10.1 Service Changes
We may, without notice:
- Add, modify, or remove features
- Change pricing or speed options
- Limit or discontinue certain services or destinations
10.2 Software Updates
We may deploy automatic updates to apps or systems to:
- Fix bugs
- Enhance security
- Add or change features
Your continued use constitutes consent to such updates.
11. Third-Party Services, AI & Integrations
11.1 Third-Party Tools & Providers
We may use or integrate with:
- Payment gateways
- SMS/email providers
- Cloud & hosting services
- Analytics tools
- Referral and rewards platforms
Each third party may have its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their independent actions.
11.2 AI-Assisted Features
ae.Visa may use AI tools for:
- Explaining processes
- Drafting responses
- Pre-checking documents
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must not rely solely on AI to make decisions that affect travel, legal status, or rights. Always verify key information with human support or official sources.
12. User Content & Licence
12.1 User Content
“User Content” includes any content you submit or publish:
- On our website or app (reviews, comments, uploads)
- On social media while tagging or mentioning ae.Visa
You are solely responsible for your User Content.
12.2 Content Rules
You must not submit content that:
- Violates IP, privacy, or publicity rights
- Is defamatory, threatening, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory
- Contains unauthorised advertising or spam
- Contains malware, viruses or harmful code
- Misrepresents your identity or affiliation
We may remove any content at our discretion.
12.3 Licence to User Content
You grant ae.Visa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to:
- Use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and display your User Content
- Use your name, likeness, testimonials, and reviews in marketing (where permitted by law)
You also grant other users a limited licence to view and share your publicly visible content where the platform allows it.
13. Verifying Travel Documents
13.1 Your Duty to Check
When we send you:
- Visa approvals or confirmations
- Appointment letters
- Photos or forms
- Any travel-related documentation
you must immediately review them and confirm:
- Names, passport details, dates, and other information are correct
- The document matches your intended travel itinerary
If you spot an error, you must notify us without delay so we can attempt to correct it, if possible.
13.2 Passport Validity
You are responsible for ensuring:
- Your passport is valid for the required period (often at least 6 months)
- You meet other entry requirements (return ticket, proof of funds, insurance, etc.)
We are not liable for consequences if you travel with incomplete or incorrect documents.
14. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services to:
- Break any law or regulation
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
- Interfere with other users’ access to the Services
- Upload malware or perform any kind of attack or scanning
- Harvest or scrape user data
- Copy, mirror, or frame our interfaces or content without permission
- Circumvent security or technical measures
- Resell the Services unless authorised in writing
We may suspend or terminate accounts found violating this section.
15. Precautions & Reliance on Information
- Visa rules, health and safety requirements, sanctions, and travel restrictions change frequently and sometimes without notice
- Information on our site or apps is general guidance only
You use the Services at your own risk and remain responsible for verifying requirements with official sources.
16. Commercial Terms
16.1 Single-Purchase Transactions
For one-off services (e.g. an individual visa application):
- We will show the ae.Visa Service Fee and Government/Third-Party Fees where possible
- You must pay in full using an accepted payment method at checkout
16.2 Subscriptions (If Offered)
If we offer subscription products (e.g. “Plus” or corporate subscription):
- You authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method
- Subscription benefits and limitations will be described at purchase
- Promotional pricing will revert to standard pricing when the promotion ends
- You may cancel according to the subscription terms; cancellations apply to future billing cycles, not past charges
16.3 Referral & Reward Programmes
If we run a referral or rewards programme:
- Details will be published on the programme page
- Only valid, new customers and legitimate referrals will qualify
- We may suspend or remove users for abuse or fraudulent activity
- Rewards may be issued via third-party gift-card or rewards platforms
16.4 Availability & Pricing
- All services are subject to availability
- We may change prices at any time for future transactions
- Changes do not affect orders already paid and confirmed
16.5 Payment
You agree that:
- You are authorised to use the payment method
- Charges may include service fees, government fees, taxes, and any applicable processing fees
- We may use third-party payment processors; they are separate contractual parties
If payment fails or is reversed, we may:
- Suspend or stop work on your application
- Request alternative payment
- Take reasonable steps to recover amounts owed
16.6 Shipping & Delivery (Physical Items)
Where physical documents are shipped:
- You agree to the displayed shipping and handling charges
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Risk of loss passes when we hand over items to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law
16.7 Refunds
Refunds, where available, are governed by the ae.Visa Refund Policy.
In general:
- Government/authority fees are non-refundable once paid
- ae.Visa Service Fees are non-refundable once processing has begun, except where we explicitly commit otherwise in writing
16.8 Warranties for ae.Visa-Produced Documents
If a document produced directly by ae.Visa (e.g. a photo or form) fails to reflect the information you correctly provided, you may:
- Notify us within a short, reasonable period (e.g. 7 days) with evidence
- We may, at our discretion, correct or re-issue the document
We are not responsible for errors arising from:
- Incorrect information supplied by you
- Late review or failure to notify us of issues in time
16.9 Third-Party Products & Services
For products or services supplied by third parties (e.g. courier, photo-printing, external platforms):
- Any manufacturer or service warranties are between you and that third party
- ae.Visa provides such products/services “as is”
- Your remedy lies with the third-party provider, unless UAE law requires otherwise
16.10 Order Changes
Once processing has begun, you may not be able to modify or cancel your order. We will try to assist, but:
- Changes may not be possible; and
- Additional fees may apply if changes are allowed by authorities.
16.11 No Resale
Unless expressly authorised in writing, our services are for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell or re-package ae.Visa’s services as your own.
16.12 Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies associated with your purchase, except where we are required by law to collect and remit such taxes.
17. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You breach these Terms
- We suspect fraud or abuse
- We are required to do so by law or an authority
- We discontinue the Services
On termination:
- Your access to your account and Services may cease
- We may retain data as required by law and for legitimate business needs, as set out in our Privacy Policy
18. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we:
- Do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
- Do not warrant that all information is current, complete, or accurate
- Do not warrant that you will obtain a visa, permit, or any specific outcome
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in such cases, the scope of this disclaimer is limited to what the law permits.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- ae.Visa is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, opportunities, data, or business) arising from use or inability to use the Services.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the ae.Visa Service Fees paid by you for the specific service related to that claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. for certain types of fraud or intentional misconduct).
20. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ae.Visa, A N E Global Travel and Tourism L.L.C, its directors, employees, and partners against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your misuse of the Services
- Your violation of any law or third-party right
21. Notices & Electronic Communications
You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including:
- Emails
- In-app messages
- SMS or messaging app notifications (where consented)
Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written notifications, to the extent allowed by law.
22. Intellectual Property & Infringement Complaints
If you believe that any content in our Services infringes your IP rights, you may contact us with:
- Your full name and contact details
- Details of the work claimed to be infringed
- The location (URL/screenshot) of the allegedly infringing material
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
- A statement that the information provided is accurate, and that you are authorised to act
We will review and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the content.
23. Time Limits for Claims
To the extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to:
- Use of the Services; or
- Any product or service obtained via ae.Visa
must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose, failing which it is permanently barred.
24. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & International Consumers
24.1 Primary Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
24.2 Jurisdiction
Subject to any mandatory local consumer rights:
- Courts of Dubai (onshore or DIFC, as applicable) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms and the Services.
24.3 Other Jurisdictions & International Law
Where:
- You are based outside the UAE; and
- Mandatory consumer protection laws in your home country grant you additional rights
those mandatory protections will apply alongside these Terms. Where no specific jurisdiction is named, generally accepted principles of international commercial and consumer law relevant to cross-border online services shall apply, to the extent they provide additional protection and are not inconsistent with UAE law.
25. No Agency or Partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates:
- A partnership
- A joint venture
- An employment relationship
- An agency between you and ae.Visa
You may not bind ae.Visa or A N E Global Travel and Tourism L.L.C in any way.
26. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations to:
- Any affiliate
- A successor in case of merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
without requiring your further consent.
27. Third-Party Beneficiaries
Except where expressly stated, these Terms do not create enforceable rights for third parties.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to:
- Reflect legal changes
- Introduce new services or features
- Improve clarity and structure
We will indicate the Effective Date at the top. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree, you should stop using the Services.
